Friends of Mansion House is a society formed to support the activities of the Department of Conservation in the preservation, maintenance, restoration and promotion of Mansion House and its gardens, and associated sites in the Historic Reserve on Kawau Island.

Friends of Mansion House have the opportunity to participate in regular workdays. These are usually held on the second Sunday of each month from 10 am to 1.30 pm. Reuben’s Water Taxis offers heavily discounted fares to the Island for Friends travelling to these workdays.

We welcome new members who share our dream of completing the restoration of Mansion House to its former glory.
